Old relics pt. 7.....no wait, pt.4

I keep finding all these half finished projects, and I honestly cannot remember starting them, or why I never saw them through to completion. Here is a .gif of one such project, which I must have been making in random order:

Once again the upload process has made some editorial changes on my behalf; the last star shape that hurls out the old man was jet black, and there was no trail effect around said elderly gent. I don't know why this keeps happening, but in this case I might be an improvement : )
