Possible Antagonist

My idea for a children's book is moving at the usual pace, but I might have a strong image for a potential villain. Whether or not I'll have a suitable protagonist, supporting cast, setting and narrative is debatable.

On a more positive note, I have a quite painful ulcer on my lip : )
